About St. Austin Literacy Program: St. Austin Literacy Program, a ministry of the Congregation of the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word, Houston (CCVI) is dedicated to serving adult men and women in Houston’s East End through a variety of literacy classes in the English language. Classes range from beginning to advanced English as a Second Language. Programs are also offered to students seeking USA Citizenship. All Literacy Program classes are held in the St. Austin Center building.
