Harris County Public Health will be present at the St. Austin Center to provide assistance to individuals seeking to apply for the Harris Health Financial Assistance program, commonly referred to as the Gold Card program. Additionally, they will offer support with state benefits, including SNAP and Medicaid. Individuals or families earning an annual income below $58,000 are eligible to receive free tax preparation services. If you require an ITIN number for tax reporting and are unsure of where to obtain one, Baker Ripley Tax Services will be providing complimentary tax preparation for qualifying individuals on the following dates: January 31st, February 14th, February 28th, and March 28th, from 10 AM to 4 PM.
