About Brain Builders: Brain Builders is free, online, in person and offers moms/caregivers 6 weekly, 1.5-hour meet-ups hosted by professionally trained Brain Builders facilitators. Our program is open to women 18 and older who are pregnant or moms/caregivers of children three years old or younger. Each meet-up centers around a specific topic and gives moms/caregivers a chance to connect, share life experiences, and form new friendships. Brain Builders moms report feeling less stressed, more supported, and more knowledgeable about and confident in their parenting skills. They also made new friends and felt less isolated and alone.
